拓扑优化在车架轻量化设计中的应用

摘    要:利用OptiStruct软件,通过将刚度最大问题转化为柔度最小,选取车架作为研究目标,采用密度法对其进行拓扑优化,利用拓扑优化得到的密度云图作为轻量化设计的材料分布思路,完成新模型的构建,并验证优化方案的可行性,在满足其各种工况性能要求基础上,质量减轻3.11%。为进一步对整车及零部件应用拓扑优化提供参考。

Abstract:The frame was used as object in this research. The topology optimization was performed by Opti struct with density method,through the changes of the biggest stiffness problem into the minimum flexibility. The density contour was used as the idea for distribution of the lightweight design material, and the model was rebuilt. At last,the feasibility of the method was verified and tile mass decreased of 3. It % under the conditions of all kind of basic: performance.
