涡旋压缩机型线的加工及其误差分析

摘    要:为了加工涡旋压缩机涡旋盘基圆渐开线型线,采用了在极坐标条件下用阿基米德螺线径向等间距逼近基圆渐开线的方法,分析了该方法产生的理论逼近误差;通过Matlab对不同插补间距所产生的逼近误差进行了仿真,并给出了最佳插补间距选取的计算方法;用径向等间距逼近的方法在数控机床上进行了动盘型线精加工实验,得出了实际型线加工产生的型线插补误差为1.5μm。将实际加工产生的误差同仿真结果进行了比较,结果证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:In order to process the involute curve profile of scroll compressor,the method of using Archimedes spiral in radial equal interval to approximate the involute curve in the polar coordinates was used,and the theoretical approximation error of this method was analyzed.The simulation of approximation error caused by different interpolation interval was conducted by Matlab and the calculation method of selecting the best interpolation interval was also given.The processing experiment of orbit scroll using the approbation method of radial equal interval was carried out on CNC machine tool,and the Interpolation error of actual processing was 1.5 μm.Error caused by the actual processing was compared with the simulation results.The effectiveness and practicality of the method were tested and verified.
