基于平板式压电力传感器的喷油速率测量装置

摘    要:以动量守恒方程所推导的燃油喷射速率计算公式为理论依据,试验搭建了新型喷油速率的测量装置,能够简便测得喷油器单个喷孔的喷射冲力。选用博世长管法试验标定平板式喷油速率测量装置的测量结果,比较喷油信号,分析喷油量、喷射距离对喷油速率的影响,测定该装置的测量误差小于4.8%,可以用来测量并反映喷油器喷孔的实际喷油规律。

Abstract:A new measurement device for fuel injection rate was tested and built according to the formula of momentum conservation equation derivation of the fuel injection rate. And ,jet momentum of single nozzle of injector could be measured directly and simply from this test rig. Another test rig for fuel injection rate based on the Bosch tube method was used to test and calibrate the results from the device of fuel injection rate based on the flat plate. Comparing and analysis of injection signals and influence of injection rate on different fuel quality and spray dis- tance, measurement error was less than 4.8%. Thus the measurement device could be used to measure and reflect the actual fuel injection variation of injectors' nozzles.
