淀粉-丙烯酰胺反相乳液体系的稳定性研究

摘    要:以Span80、Tween60与Op-10作为复合乳化剂,制备了稳定的淀粉-丙烯酰胺反相乳液。研究复合乳化剂HLB值、复合乳化剂用量、油水体积比对乳液电导率与稳定性的影响,获得较佳的工艺条件:复合乳化剂HLB值在4.3~6.2之间,复合乳化剂用量在4%~8%之间,油水体积比在1~1.6之间,在此条件下,可形成稳定的W/O型淀粉-丙烯酰胺乳液。

Abstract:Inverse emulsion was prepared with the starch and acrylamide using the compounds of Span80 Tween60 and Op-10 as emulsifier. The effects of HLB value of emulsifier, the content of emulsifier and volume ratio of oil-water on the conductivity and stability of inverse emulsion were studied. The optimum conditions for forming stable inverse emulsion were obtained : HLB value of emulsifier was ranged from 4.3 to 6.2, the content of emulsifier was ranged from 4% to 8% ,and volume ratio of oil-water was between 1 and 1.6.
