摘    要:为了改善金属化保护后光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)的传感性能,采用化学镀后随恒温水浴箱自然冷却的方法减小温度突变。实验表明:改进后化学镀前后其透射谱3 dB带宽为0.129 nm,没有改变,峰值损耗只降低了3.42%,同时其温度传感迟滞误差为1.85%,测量值中最大正反行程差值折算成温度约为1.48℃。

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of metal coated Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) sensor,the electroless plating FBG was cooled slowly to room temperature with the water in thermostatic bath.It showed that 3 dB bandwidth was 0.129 nm without any change,the peak loss was only reduced by 3.42%,at the same time the hysteresis error was 1.85%,the biggest difference value between positive and negative trip was approximately 1.48 ℃ when it was converted into temperature.
