| 摘 要： | 研究了以柠檬酸渣为原料，采用混合菌固态发酵生产单细胞蛋白饲料，结果不仅提高了柠檬酸渣的适口性和香味。而且活菌细胞数达到45亿个／g，粗蛋白达37．8％。同时对发酵培养基中各成分对发酵的影响也进行了研究。
