燕化2Mt/a重油催化裂化装置增产柴油的技术措施

摘    要:根据市场对柴油的需求,在燕化2Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上进行了增产柴油的技术攻关,通过半年多的操作条件优化和调整,使用低活性平衡催化剂,提高剂油比,降低提升管出口温度,增大回炼比,降低了反应深度;同时,优化主分馏塔操作,适当拓宽柴油馏程;使装置的柴油收率提高了近7个百分点。通过拓宽柴油馏程,还降低了汽油干点,提高了汽油RON。

Abstract:Technical measures were taken in the 2Mt/a heavy oil FCCU in Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation for more LCO production to meet the increasing market demand of diesel fuel. Operating conditions were adjusted and optimized, such as maintaining equilibrium catalyst with lower activity, increasing catalyst to oil ratio, lowering the riser outlet temperature for reducing the cracking severity, increasing recycle ratio and widening the LCO boiling range. Half year running after the adoption of above measures resulted in a LCO increment of 7 percentage, and the end point of naphtha was lowered with its RON increased.
