激光共晶化渗硼层磨粒磨损试验研究

摘    要:采用激光+固体渗硼的复合工艺对试样进行热处理,选择合理的激光工艺参数能得到表面完整的硼共晶层.为了进一步探讨渗层的实用价值,特进行了磨粒磨损试验.借助电子显微镜观察试样表面的磨损形貌,用精密天平称重获得试样的磨损曲线,并得到了有意义的结论.

Abstract:The processes of solid boronizing and laser surface treatment are applied to get boron eutectic layer for the purpose of lowering the brittleness of materials. The weight loss of the eutecticumed samples decreases obviously during abrasive wear experiments compared with those without laser treatment. By means of solid boronizing and laser surface treatment, the surface layer of 45 steel has appropriate tenacity and hardness. The service life of the samples is prolonged grealt under abrasive wear condition.
