摘    要:研究了碳钢在我国不同海域暴露8~10 a的腐蚀行为 ,总结探讨了碳钢在海水中的腐蚀规律和特性和我国海域的海水腐蚀性.在同一海水条件下 ,不同种类碳钢的平均腐蚀深度比较接近,但点蚀深度比较分散和不稳定.碳钢在海水中浸 泡第1、2 a的腐蚀(失重和点蚀)速度较快,长期浸泡趋于稳定.并且,点蚀的稳定速度约 等于它的稳定腐蚀速度.稳定腐蚀速度的大小反映了海水的腐蚀性强弱.与北美洲海域的结果 比较,碳钢在我国海域的腐蚀速度范围较大.

Abstract:Corrosion result of carbon steels immersed in seawater at fivesea areas in China for 8,10 years were examined. Corrosion regulations and characters of carbon steels immersed in seawater were summarized. Corrosivity of seawaters was also discussed. In the same seawater the average corrosion depths of different carbon steels are close and stable, but their pitting depths are dispersed and not stable. Corrosion rate of carbon steels in seawater during the first 1 and/or 2 years is bigger. For long immersion time, pitting rate and average corrosion rate of carbon steels is stable; and the stable pitting rate of carbon steels roughly equals to the stable rate of average thickness loss. The stable rate of average thickness loss of carbon steels in seawater represents the corrosivity degree of the seawaters. The stable rates of average thickness loss lie between 0.05~0.13mm/a for immersion in seawaters at six test sites. The extent of corrosion rate of carbon steels immersed in the sea areas of China is bigger than that in the North American Sea areas.
