低磷胁迫下水稻亲本及其后代遗传分析

摘    要:在低磷胁迫下,对P1,P2,F1,F2,3等4个世代成熟期单株有效穗、生物产量和经济产量等指标进行了分析,同时利用数量遗传模型对相对单株有效穗、相对单株生物产量和相对单株经济产量3个指标进行了遗传分析。结果表明,单株有效穗符合两对主基因的加性-显性-上位性,主基因遗传率达到54.70%;而单株生物产量和单株经济产量符合两对加性-显性-上位性主基因 多基因的模型,主基因遗传率分别达到60.08%和37.70%,多基因遗传率分别达到32.15%和58.90%。

Abstract:The heredity of two inbred lines of rice and their P1, P2, F1 and F2,3 generations was studied in different phosphorus levels by means of field cultivation. Results indicated that the relative efficiency spike in plant was under control of 2 major gene addition-dominance-epistatic effect, and the heritability of the main gene came up to 54. 70% ; in contrast, the relative biomass yield in plant and the relative economic yield in plant accorded with the model of 2 major gene addition-dominance-epistatic effect the multi-gene. The relative biomass of shoot had the main gene heritability of 60. 08%, and the relative economic yield in plant had the main gene heritability of 37. 70%. Moreover, the multi-gene heritability reached respectively 32. 15% and 58. 90%.
