气田含油含醇污水预处理运行参数优化

在气田开采中,为了抑制天然气水合物的生成,通常向气井和采气管线注入甲醇并在集气站内分离,产生了含油含醇污水。由于甲醇属毒性物质,含醇污水直接排放会影响环境,因而需要进行无公害化处置。文章介绍了榆林气田南区含油含醇污水预处理处理流程及实际生产存在问题,并通过研究含油含醇污水的组成性质,对预处理药剂的加注量进行优化,使得处理后污水的各项指标达到最佳,减少甲醇回收装置的堵塞及腐蚀,确保生产单元平稳运行。

Optimize pretreatment-parameters of sewage containing methanol & oil

In gas field development,to suppress the formation of gas hydrate,usually to inject the methanol into the gas well and pipeline,and separation of sewage which contains methanol and oil in the gas gathering station.Since the methanol is toxic substances,the sewage which contains methanol and oil will affect the environment by direct discharge and must be pollution-free disposal.This paper introduces the pre-processing flow of sewage which contains methanol and oil and the actual problems coming from production process, optimize the filling amount of pretreatment agents by studying the composition of sewage,to ensure regular production and reduce clogging and corrosion of methanol recovery unit and make the optimal pre-processing effect.
