| 摘 要： | 随着成品油市场的迅猛发展,加油站资产收购成为一些大型石油石化企业扩展销售网络、提高成品油市场占有率的基本模式和重要手段。但在资产收购过程中,企业常会遇到包括土地使用权、资产权利瑕疵、证照不完善等法律风险引发的纠纷。严格执行《合同法》、《物权法》等法律法规,增强法律意识,规范收购行为,是企业必须重视的问题。
