| 摘 要： | 随着石化工业的发展，为了保证生产系统的安全，必须对装置进行风险评估。HAZOP是国际上公认可行的风险评估方法，尤其适用于石油化工系统。介绍了HAZOP方法．并以柴油加氢精制装置为例，利用该方法实施风险评估的过程。通过评估，有效的识别了装置存在的风险及保护措施，提出了降低风险的合理对策。
