摘    要:工业静电对安全生产、产品质量有着极大的影响,设计了工业静电远程数据采集系统硬件和软件,测试了干燥器中ABS粉尘可能产生的静电电压,评估了干燥器静电点燃危险。得出结论,干燥器中的最大静电电压不足以击穿空气。

Abstract:Industrial electrostatic has a great impact on the safe production and product quality.Hardware and software for remote data acquisition are designed to measure the possible electrostatic voltage of ABS dust in the fluid-bed dryer and the electrostatic discharge ignition risk is evaluated.The paper arrives at the conclusion that the maximal electrostatic voltage in the dryer is not enough to break down in air.
