| 摘 要： | 信息技术是当代最先进、最活跃的生产要素,也为资源共享、推进社会舆论监督提供了有效途径。民众能够通过互联网了解社会公共事务,积极参与国家经济、政治、文化和社会生活,并通过网络对党政机关和党员干部的言行行使民主监督的权利。网络监督已经成为民众参与政治、监督公共权力、遏制官员腐败的重要方式和有效手段。

By intemet, the public can learn social public affairs, actively take part in national economy, politics, culture and social life, and through interact, can practice their right of democratic supervision of Party and ministration organization and Party members＇ tant way and method for the public to take part in politics words and action. Network supervision has become an imporactivity, supervise public right and control power corruption. |
