摘    要:某化工公司16MnR废热锅炉筒体环焊缝上多处开裂失效。经对开裂试样进行化学成分、宏微观断口、显微组织和能谱等分析。同时结合筒体的受力状况和断裂力学的基本理论,对筒体环焊缝的失效开裂过程进行了分析。另外结合此废热锅炉筒体的具体工作环境及制造工艺进行了综合研究。结果表明:废热锅炉焊缝开裂是由腐蚀造成的,同时水质不良加速了裂...
