| 摘 要： | 集团企业中,物业服务型企业的人工成本构成有其自身特点。通过规范人工成本管理流程,控制好关键点和时间段,同样能达到提高人工成本管理效率的目的。结合服务型企业的管理特点,发现矛盾,分析问题,找到提高人工成本管理效率的有效途径。
