水套炉强化传热与结构优化设计应用

摘    要:水套炉研究在强化传热技术、相变传热技术和控制技术等方面取得了很大的进步,但是在外形结构和金属耗量方面没有突破性的进展。针对水套炉应用存在的问题,结合相变传热技术,采用锅壳式锅炉的设计理念,对水套炉结构进行了优化设计。介绍了水套炉结构方面的新特性,探讨强度计算相关标准的应用。

Abstract:Jacket heater has been improved prodigiously by enhanced heat transfer method,phase changed heat transfer and controlling technology.The shape,structure and metal consumption have not been broken through.Base on above points,the design idea about shell boiler with the technology of phase changed heat transfer has been adopted to optimize the structure type.The new character on jacket heater has been introduced and specification application of the strength calculation has been discussed.
