| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告进一步强调“健全纪检监察派驻机构统一管理，完善巡视制度”，并把巡视监督作为党的建设的一项重要制度写进党章，充分体现了我们党对巡视工作的高度重视。开展巡视工作是国有企业践行科学发展观、促使企业全面正确履行责任的重要举措；是落实“抓源头、抓重点、抓关键、抓惩处”，深化企业反腐倡廉建设的内在要求；是优化企业内部环境，促进企业和谐稳定的重要保证。
