液-固流态化固体颗粒床层膨胀指数研究

摘    要:将文献上介绍的各种计算液-固流态化系统床层膨胀指数的方法进行比较归纳,提出了一种计算床层膨胀指数的新方法,并与郭慕孙给出的实验实测结果进行对比,说明新方法有更好的精度,最大偏差小于6.07%,均方差为2.05%。新方法对球形颗粒和非球形颗粒床层膨胀指数计算有统一的形式。

Abstract:After comparing the results from various formulas for determining the bed expansion exponents of the liquid-solid fluidization system with experimental data provided by the Guo Musun,it was shown that one proposed by present paper was the most accurate,the biggest error is 6.07% while the square root error is 2.05%.Besides,it has unified form for spherical and non-spherical particles.
