| 摘 要： | 天然气生产销售企业担负着向城镇供应天然气的任务,点多,面广,线长,安全风险大。随着天然气的使用进入千家万户,城市燃气泄露爆炸事故时有发生。正确区分责任,依法维护企业的合法权益,是企业的风险管理部门和法律事务部门的责任。

| Abstract: | Natural gas production and market enterprise shoulder supply of natural gas to cities and towns, which is of multi positions, broad areas, long lines, great safety risks. With use of natural gas in tens and thousands of families, accidents of fuel gas leak and explosion in city often occur. To distinguish responsibility correctly and maintain legal right of the enterprise based on law is the responsibility of risk management department and law affairs department. |
