摘    要:研究柔性连杆机构的振动平衡特性时,一般总是假定曲柄处连接着质量巨大的飞轮。这一假定与柔性机构整个机构重量减轻的目标相矛盾。没有飞轮的柔性机构的输入转速由于机构惯性等因素影响,必然存在一定的波动。本文首次对存在输入转速波动的柔性连杆机构的震动力、震动力矩及输入扭矩进行了研究。数值模拟结果表明,不论存在微幅高频波动还是存在小幅低频波动,都使机构的震动力、震动力矩和输入扭矩发生不同程度的变化。但这种变化幅度较小,不能改变其根本趋势。这一结论对于进一步减轻柔性机构的整体质量具有实际意义。

Abstract:A giant flywheel attachedto tbe input crank is assumedgenerally in the works of balanceof flexible linkage mechansms.This assumption comes into conflict with the object of minimizing themass of whole Iinkgae mecbanisms.Without the big flywheel,the input speed of the crank will fluc-tuate in a certain magnitude due to inertia of the Iinkages or other factors;This paper studied theinfluenee of the input spced fluctuation on the shaking force,shaking momcnt,input torque and vi-bration of the flexible Iinkage mcchanisms Numerical simulation shows that the fluctuation may var-ing the magnitude of the shaking force,shaking moment,input torquc and link vibration magnitude,but the variation is too small to vary the assential part,This corclusion is uscfol on minimizing thewhole mass of the flexible Iinkage mechanisms.
