| 摘 要： | 介绍为满足金塘大桥预制梁场移运长60m、质量1600t的箱梁而专门研制的DLT900型轮胎式搬运机，两台搬运机可同步以直行、斜行或横行等多种模式工作，完成箱梁的起吊、台座间的转移以及装船的工作。设备是机一电一液一体化产品，拥有自主知识产权，采用了多项创新技术，主要包括GPS／RTK定位无线通讯控制系统等，为超大型整孔预制箱梁移运提供一种经济可行的新方案。设备已移运箱梁430片，出海装船400片，具有作业效率高，机动灵活，操作简便，人工劳动强度低等优点，在大型混凝土构件陆上移运施工中具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | What described in the article is model DLT900 pneumatic carrier specially developed for box beams, 60m long and 1600t in weight, carrying in prefabricated beams yard in Jintang Bridge construction. The two carriers can synchronously cooperate in straight travel, diagonal travel, crab travel and other modes to fulfill hoisting, transferring between stands as well as ship loading of box beams.
