膨胀套管膨胀力的理论计算

摘    要:根据弹塑性的理论,推导了膨胀套管在弹性变形区和塑性变形区的周向应力和径向应力计算模型,确定了膨胀套管膨胀时在膨胀芯头与套管之间所需的最小接触载荷。对膨胀芯头的受力进行了分析,考虑了膨胀芯头几何参数和金属间摩擦系数等影响因素,建立了作用在膨胀芯头上膨胀套管所需膨胀力的计算方法,对相关参数对膨胀芯头拉力的影响进行了讨论,并用实验数据对理论计算结果进行了验证,结果表明,采用本文推导的计算模型所得到的芯头膨胀拉力的计算精度满足工程应用的需要。

Abstract:According to the elastic-plastic theory, the calculation method of tangential stress , radial stress of expansion casing both in elastic deformation area and in plastic deformation area is deduced and the minimum critical load between expansion core and casing was determined.The paper analyzed the force of expansion core, considered the influences of friction coefficient and expansion cone angle on critical load, the calculation method of bulging force of expansion casing is given. The influence of related parameters on tension of expansion core were discussed. The theoretical calculation results of tension of expansion core were compared with experimental data, and it is shown that the accuracy of the theoretical calculation meets the needs of engineering application.
