| Abstract: | Being fully considering the effect on Party's construction by international and national economic situation, the paper proposes that the Party's construction should explore a new road, consolidate and develop the basis of Party organization, and enlarge the effect power. Also the suggestions given by this paper are to give up the working methods such as "movement" and "instillation" education modes, meet the requirement of people, clarify the misunderstanding of regulation construction and handle the relationship between succession and innovation. |
