| 摘 要： | 土地征用是政府引导土地利用的重要权力。由于当前的征地制度已经引发了诸多社会问题 ,故而征地制度改革势在必行。本文在分析了当前土地征用制度存在的缺陷和土地征用实务中存在的矛盾后 ,提出了与当前社会经济背景相适应的征地制度改革思路。

| Abstract: | Land expropriation is the important power that leads the land using.The current Land Expropriation system has been causing so many social problems that the reformation of the Land Expropriation system is imperative under the present situation. This paper firstly analyzes some limitations in the current Land Expropriation system and some contradictions in the practice, and then put forward some advices about reformation that are suitable for the situation. |
