| 摘 要： | 石钢采用60t转炉-60tLF-连铸工艺生产GCr15轴承钢，工艺实践表明：采用高拉碳操作法，转炉平均终点碳含量为0．2％、LF精炼时造高碱度渣、VD控制合理的真空时间和氩气流量、连铸时采用全程保护，能够满足轴承钢的质量要求。 |

| Abstract: | We produce GCr15 bearing steel with process of 60t converter plus 60t LF plus continuous casting.It is showed from practice that can meets quality demand for bearing steel with the following measures used: adopting high carbon-drawing operation,making average end carbon content being 0.2 percent,making high basicity slag in LF refining,controlling reasonable vacuum time and argon flow with VD,adopting whole-course protect in casting. |
