摘    要:脱硫系统的正常运行能有效降低锅炉烟气SO2排放量。针对国华太仓发电有限公司8号机组由于脱硫系统运行异常,使烟气中携带石膏浆液,对周边环境造成了污染,分析了其原因是脱硫除雾器运行方式不合理,除雾器冲洗水压不足,冲洗周期过长及疏水管路布置不合理等。提出将冲洗水泵出口压力改至0.35MPa,二级上层除雾器的冲洗周期由8h改为3h,石灰石浆液池中pH值控制在5.6~5.8,并及时清除喷雾器疏水系统的堵塞,就能解决净烟气携带石膏浆液的问题。

Abstract:Normal operation of desulphurization systems may effectively reduce the SO2 emission of boiler flue gas.Due to abnormal operation of the desulphurization system of No.8 unit in Guohua Taicang Power Generation Co.Ltd.,serious pollution was produced to the environment by gypsum slurry carried by flue gas.The problem was found to be caused by unreasonable operation mode,insufficient flushing water pressure,and too long flushing interval of mist eliminator,as well as unreasonable arrangement of relevant drainag...
