摘    要:从理论上阐述了连线补偿与法向补偿的差异及适用情况,提出了基于单元法向的插值补偿方法,将其运用于S梁的回弹补偿。有限元分析结果表明,插值补偿法将零件回弹偏差减小了73%,能有效修正板料冲压成形回弹偏差。

Abstract:Mould compensation is an effective way to eliminate springback for sheet forming process. Displacement Adjustment method is efficient in springback correction, but computation accuracy and iteration speed vary greatly when compensation direction changes.
