电连接器外壳冷挤压工艺分析与数值模拟

摘    要:针对电连接器外壳冷挤压成形工艺的特点,进行数值模拟分析,设计了合理的成形工艺。通过工艺实验论证,结果表明,设计的工艺能保证获得符合图纸要求的电连接器外壳尺寸。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of cold extrusion forming technology for the electrical connector shell,the analysis of numerical simulation was made,the process parameters influencing extrusion forming were found out,and the rational forming technology was designed.The results of experiments indicates that the process design ensures the electrical connector shell size,and solves the problem of uneven flow of the metal in the extrusion process,reduces the process experiment cycle.It is of great significance t...
