Better LHe withdrawal from a liquefier

Evaporation losses during handling of liquid helium are generally substantial¹. LHe consumption is continuously growing, but the liquefier capacities are essentially limited, so there is an obvious incentive to minimize liquid losses wherever they may occur. This paper presents a system to effect better LHe withdrawal from a liquifier.
