摘    要:简要而系统地介绍了改进型包埋渗铝工艺特点、渗铝剂的实验室研究结果。该渗铝钢层的结构特征、焊接性能以及耐蚀效果,无论在高温还是低温下改进型包埋渗铝钢耐蚀效果好,都优于1Cr18Ni9Ti,与316L钢相当。开发了渗铝钢焊接工艺及专用的生产工艺和装备,保证了渗铝件的质量,在多种装置上试用效果良好。

Abstract:Technological features of improved embedding calorization,experimental results of the bleeds,structures of alumetized steel,welding characteristics and corrosion resistance were introduced systematically.The corrosion resistance of improved alumetized steel is superior to 1Cr18Ni9Ti and compatible with 316L steel.Both special technology and equipment for welding of alumetized steel were developed,guaranting the quality of alumetized components.
