摘    要:本文研究了球形水塔的最佳支承圈的位置,发现如果支承圈选择在从顶部往下量120度处时,球体内的无矩内力不会出现压力,而且在支承圈处无矩内力处于单向受力状态,这样既避免了球壳出现受压屈曲的可能性,又避免了支承圈这一受力复杂、应力集中的部位出现双向受拉这种不利的应力状态。对支承圈部位的局部应力的分析还表明,在刚度参数不变的情况下,支承圈选择在120度时,支承环的应力最小,从而能够处在较低的应力水平工作。

Abstract:The optimal location of the support ring for spherical water tanks is studied in this paper. Membrane analysis for the spherical tank is carried out. By changing the location of the support ring, it is found that if the support ring is located at 120 degrees from the apex, there will be no compressive stress in the tank wall.Not only the possible buckling can be avoided,and also the unfavorable two-dimensional tensile stresses near the support ring because of stress concentration. In addition, the support ring is in a smaller stress state than in other places.
