终端供水锅炉空气预热器设计

本设计为大连旭硝子浮法玻璃有限公司节约成本资金改造项目预备提案,设计任务为利用制镜部废气焚烧装置的高温排烟为终端供水的燃气锅炉预热空气。本次设计的特点在于增设空气预热器余热回收的同时,采用较为先进的无机热管,是新型高效元件与传统技术的完美组合;布置风道及烟道时考虑相对位置,避免了多余的弯头阻力损失。

This subject provided by the mirror production of Dalian Asahi Float Glass Company.It was a counterplan of energy-saving project:the air-preheater of teminal water supplying boiler,which was heated by the exhaust from the exhaust gas incinerator of the mirror production.The thesis contructed with parameter calculation,possess configuration designing and financing accumulative.The specialty of this project can be described as following:for using the traditional method that added an air-preheater and using the new technology that choose the abio-heating pipe,gathered tradition and advanced technic into oneself perfectly.In order to escape from the losing from the elbows,the design has taken the distance between the flue and wind tunnel the into account.
