| 摘 要： | 本文首先对兵工科技成果转化系统进行系统分析,然后,对影响科技成果顺利转化的制约因素进行定性分析.在分析的基础上,对制约因素进行定量排序,并提出了科技成果转化的几种模式和实现科枝成果顺利转化应采取的政策措施.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the transfer system of scientific and technolo- gical accomplishments in the ordnance industry.The restriction fac- tors,restraining are discussed qualitavely and the transfer sorted according to their significance.Several models of this transfer and adoptive policy for realizing this transfer are suggested. |
