| 摘 要： | 目前在部分山区农村私装卫星接收天线的情况比较严重，因此造成卫星接收天线销售市场的混乱，指出问题存在的主要原因，提出解决问题的措施，建议加大管理力度，多种措施并举，促使农村有线电视网络健康发展。

| Abstract: | There is a serious situation in country that people unlawfully installed the antenna for receiving satellitic television.It causes a bad market of the antenna.So we pointed out the major reasons of the problem,brought forth some measures of the solution,advised amplifying the managing power and adopted the various measures,as to promote the CATV network of courtry advancing in a good way. |
