绿色施工与清洁生产研究

通过对绿色施工发展的研究,推断出绿色施工的理论基础就是清洁生产。通过对建设项目施工过程的环境因素识别,得出目前建筑行业影响绿色施工清洁生产的主要环境因素有大气污染、垃圾污染、建筑施工中建筑机械发出的噪音和强烈振动、高层建筑的光污染和可能造成的放射性污染。给出绿色施工的定义为"通过切实有效的管理制度和工作制度,最大程度地减少施工活动对环境的不利影响,减少资源与能源的消耗,实现可持续发展的施工技术"。最后得出实施绿色施工清洁生产的对策:一是采用绿色建材,减少资源消耗;二是清洁施工过程,控制环境污染;三是加强施工安全管理和工地卫生文明管理;四是政策引导。

Study on the Green Construction and Clean Production

The methods of realizing the green construction and clean production were introduced.Through the research on the development of green construction,clean production comes as the theory basis of green construction.As the study on the process of construction and the environment shows,the main environment factors which affect the green construction and clean production are atmosphere pollution,rubbish pollution,noise and liberation arose from the construction machine,light pollution of high buildings and possible radioactive pollution.Green construction can be defined as reducing the bad influence of construction on environment and the consumption of resource and energy by effective management,and realizing sustainable development of construction.At last,the ways to realize green construction and clean production are concluded.Firstly,adopting green building materials to reduce the consumption of resource,secondly,cleaning the construction process to control environment pollution,the third one is to strengthen the safety and sanitation management of construction on building site,the forth one is policy guide.
