煤粉燃烧器设计中的若干误区

摘    要:总结了在煤粉燃烧器设计理论和设计实践方面存在的若干误区,如偏异体热源轻自身热源,过分强调入炉前一次风浓淡分离效果,过度依赖低NOx燃烧器等.讨论分析了产生这些误区的原因,并对一些问题进行了澄清,其结果可为我国煤粉燃烧器及其燃烧系统相关技术的开发提供借鉴.

Abstract:A few error areas, such as stressing on heat source from other objects, but neglecting heat source of the pulverized coal proper, excessive emphasis on effect of dense and thin separation by the primary air before pulverized coal incoming to the furnace, and undue dependence on the low NO~ burners etc. , have been summarized, and some problems being clarified, providing with reference for developing pulverized coal burners and related burning systems in our country.
