斜坡道与机械化下向胶结充填采矿法

金川有色金属公司近年来通过基本建设及技术改造工作形成一、二矿区的主斜坡道、副斜坡道、分斜坡道的网络联系各中段,并开展了机械化下向胶结充填采矿法的采场试验和扩大生产,使金川矿区生产能力及工人劳动生产率大幅度提高,超过设计能力30％—47％。本文还详细介绍了斜坡道的铺设和机械化下向胶结充填采矿法的布置方案。

MECHANICAL DOWNWARD CUT-AND-FILL MINING WITH RAMPS AT JINCHUAN NICKEL MINES

On the basis of the capital construction and the technological transformations a network with the main, auxiliary and branch ramps was formed in the mine divisions No. 1 and No. 2 of the Jinchuan Nonferrous Metal Corporation to connect various levels, and the tests and production on the mechanical downward cut-and-fill mining were developed, which increased the capacity and the labour productivity of the Jinchuan mines greatly and the capacity has exceeded the designed by 30% -47%. The building of the ramps and the lay-out of the mechanical downward cut-and-fill mining are also introduced in this paper.
