高效细粒浮选柱

摘    要:在充分研究Jameson浮选柱的基础上,结合“矿浆适度紊动”比“矿浆静态”更有利于细粒浮选的新观点,设计高效细粒浮选柱的实验室装置系统并从几方面分析高效细粒浮选柱的高效机理。细粒铝铋回收试验表明,在同等试验条件下,无论是精矿品位还是回收率,高效细粒浮选柱都高于Jameson射流浮选柱和XFD机械搅拌浮选机。

Abstract:Based on the completely investigation of the Jameson flotation column,referring to the view that "suitably turbulent pulp" is more useful than "quiescent pulp" in fine particles flotation,a laboratory system of efficient flotation column for fine particles flotation is designed,and the reasons that the column is efficiency to fine particles flotation are analyzed.The experiments results of the molybdenum bismuth fine ores processing show that under the same test conditions,both the concentrate grade and the metals recovery of the efficient column are higher than those of the Jameson column and those of the XFD flotation cell.
