| 摘 要： | 指出建筑工程施工进度控制是一个复杂的系统工程,运用项目管理软件--P3软件,对某建筑工程从其进度计划的编制及施工进展情况进行全过程动态控制,实践证明,运用P3软件可以有效的对建筑工程施工进度进行控制.

| Abstract: | It is a complex system for the schedule control of construction projects.In this paper,the scheduled planning and the dynamic control in execution for a construction project is discussed by using project software P3.The results show that the software P3 can be controlled effectively the schedule of construction project. |
