摘    要:基于API提出的静置油罐小呼吸损耗量的计算公式,采用高斯烟羽模型,建立了小呼吸损耗油品在大气环境中的扩散模型,确定了模型中各参数的计算方法,并给出了计算机编程模拟框图;通过一个50 000 m3原油储罐的算例,验证了模型的可行性;计算结果表明,静置油罐小呼吸损耗在大气中的扩散分布呈典型的钟型分布,且距罐顶越近,扩散云宽度与下风方向距离越大。

Abstract:The standing loss of oil in stationary tank can not only reduce the quality of oil in tank,and also pollute the air around the tank,which can probably lead to fire or explosion.Based on the calculation formula for standing loss of oil in stationary tank,using Gaussian plume model,the diffusion model of standing loss oil products in atmospheric environment was built,the calculation method for the parameters of the model were determined,and the computer programming simulation diagram was given.Taking a 50000 m3 oil tank as an example,the feasibility of the model was verified.The calculation results showed that the diffusion distribution of standing loss oil products from stationary tank in the atmosphere was a typical bell shape of which the width of diffusion cloud and diffusion distance in downwind direction increase when it was closer to tank top.
