石化销售企业直分销业务发展和企业文化建设的相关性研究

摘    要:石化销售企业直分销业务对经营全局的重要性日益凸显,但直分销业务还存在着在经营工作中的定位、客户经理的职业认同感和营业网点缺乏长远规划等需要解决的问题。为此,探讨了企业文化建设对直分销业务发展的影响,提出要从物质文化层面提升士气;从行为文化层面完善理念;从制度文化层面强化保障;从精神文化层面塑造信仰。以企业文化建设促进直分销业务发展,提升石化销售企业的凝聚力和影响力。

Abstract:The contribution of direct distribution business to the whole marketing business in petrochemical sales enterprise becomes more important.But some problems exist in the direct distribution business,such as the positioning in the marketing business,the occupational identity of account manager,and lack of long term plan for business outlets.Therefore,the influence of enterprise culture construction on direct distribution business development is discussed,and it is proposed that enterprise culture construction can promote direct distribution business development,and improve the cohesion and influence of petrochemical sales enterprise.
