摘    要:针对武汉成品油管道输送作业首站主输油泵扬程过高与管路匹配不佳的现状,结合离心泵流量、扬程与叶轮直径的比例关系,提出并实施了更换较小主输油泵叶轮的改造方案,改造后管输作业的实际能耗数据表明,更换叶轮不仅能满足管输要求,而且能有效地降低运行能耗,提高经济效益。

Abstract:According to the requirement of operation energy consumption of product oil pipeline,based on the collection of the key operation data from Wuhan product oil pipeline,the status of poor match of primary oil pump in the first station of product oil pipeline with pipeline route was analyzed.Combining the theory of relation of the flowrate,lift of centrifugal pump and its impeller diameter,the revamp option and implementation advice for changing impeller of primary oil pump was proposed.The operation energy consumption data after revamp proved that the energy consumption could be reduced effectively.
