| 摘 要： | 通过采用问卷调查的方式,对浙江水利水电专科学校在学生的人文素质现状进行了调查,提出应该加强大学生的文化素质教育,培养全面发展的应用型高层次水利人才.经对调查统计数据所揭示的问题进行研究与分析,提出相应的建议及措施.
