锦612-12-新22分支水平井钻完井工艺技术

摘    要:介绍了辽河油田多分支井技术在锦612-12-新22分支井的钻完井施工情况,其中包括套管定向开窗技术、井身轨迹控制技术与分支井完井技术。该井采用了地质跟踪、无线随钻测量技术、螺杆钻具定向技术与DF-1多分支井完井技术等。完井水平达到了TAML4级,该井采用双分支合采,日产油30m^3。在这口井的施工中,积累了很多的现场施工经验,检验出一些工具的问题,为以后分支井的实施起到了重要的指导作用。

Abstract:The paper introduces the operation situation of Jin 612-12-Xin22 multilateral well in Liaohe oilfield, including the directional milling, well path control and multilateral well completion. This well employed Measured While Drilling, geologic followup, screw drill direction technology and DF-1 multilateral well completion technology. The level of the well completion reaches TAML 4. Two branch of the well are produced by one tubing string, oil production is 30t per day. In the operation of this well, some experiences were got, some problems of the tools were found out. It is a guidance for multilateral well operation in the future.
