Design Principles of City Square of River Bordering and Mountainous Cities |

| Abstract: | This article probes into the design methods on how to build the public squares full of local features in the west, river bordering, and mountainous cities. It puts forward three principles to solve the problem, which are uniting the mountainous topographies, attaching importance to the river view, and expressing the local culture. |
