| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脊柱结核手术治疗的方法及其临床疗效,总结脊柱结核的治疗经验。方法回顾性分析2006年2月至2010年2月我院所收治的52例脊柱结核病患者的临床资料。结果平均手术时间为3h,平均出血850mL。全部伤口均能一期愈合,术后2周即可起床活动,180d后可见椎板或椎间植骨轮廓不清,病灶处骨缺损已基本消失。伴有神经受损者中,2例Franke1分级从B级恢复到D级,其余50例均恢复到E级。术后所有患者后凸畸形都得到矫正。结论有效应用抗结核药物,是手术成功的保证。彻底病灶清除、植骨、坚强的内固定可使后凸畸形得到矫正、并有利于植骨融合、重建脊柱的稳定性。
