妊娠期肾病综合症26例的临床分析

目的探讨妊娠期肾病综合征的临床特点及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析2007年2月至2010年5月我院所收治的26例妊娠期肾病综合症患者的临床资料。结果 26例患者均于终止妊娠后,病情逐渐好转。血压降至正常时间为3～28d,平均6d;尿蛋白降至正常最短11d,最长为9个月,无死亡病例。早产儿17例,胎儿宫内窘迫3例,宫内发育迟缓8例,所有胎儿均存活。结论妊娠期肾病综合征是妊高征的临床特殊类型,对母婴危害极大,应当重视其防治工作,采用解痉、降压、利尿以及适时终止妊娠等综合治疗方案,以保证孕妇和胎儿的安全。
