| 摘 要： | 在我国的工业化和城市化进程中，许多资源型城市随着资源的开发利用和经济发展，出现了严重的生态和社会问题。如何实现资源型城市的可持续发展，是资源型城市面临的共同问题。铜川市以科学发展观为指导进行了有益的探索，通过打造循环经济产业链，实现了资源的多层次转换利用、污染治理、生态环境改善和产业升级。本文通过实证研究，提出了可供借鉴的资源型城市可持续发展的路子。

| Abstract: | During the industrialization and urbanization, quite a few resources-based cities are facing severe social and ecological issues as resources are developed and economy climbs. How to ensure a sustainable development is a common question for resources-based cities. Tongchuan government, directed by Scientific Development View, reaches to a comprehensive utilization of resources, decreased pollution, improved eco-environment and upgraded industry. This paper presents an approach to sustainable development in resources-based cities. |
